F3 – Supporting woman in the Financial Services Industry

Research has indicated a greater effort to increase gender diversity within the funds management space (particularly the encouragement of woman taking up senior and leadership roles) can provide many benefits including an improved company culture and also better risk adjusted returns for investors (The Frontier Lines: The power of gender diversity in the workplace, issue 138 July 2018).

In this article, Industry Moves talks to a veteran in Funds Management, Camilla Love, who created a great initiative called F3, to encourage and provide support for women in the finance space (or for those interested in entering the industry). Camilla also talks to Industry Moves about how F3 works, her thoughts on the barriers woman face working in the finance industry and also her journey and what led her onto this career path.
