Key Points of the Royal Commission Final Report

As days have passed since the release of the Royal Commission’s final report into the misconduct in Banking, Superannuation and Finance, there have been many who have been carefully reviewing and analysing the key points raised and the Royal Commission’s 76 recommendations made in its report.

One of these entities has been law firm, Hall & Wilcox Law, who have created this news piece on the Final Report which points out the main issues and recommendations made by the Royal Commission.

Whilst it remains to be seen as to whether the Royal Commission’s recommendations will be put into action by the Government (who seem committed to do this), only time will tell as to whether these impending changes will be for the better for the relevant industries.
